Just heard on the radio that John Mark Karr's DNA did not match the DNA found at the scene of JonBenet's murder. The Boulder DA has decided not to file formal charges. Imagine that. Perhaps they should have got their facts straight before they got the whole country in an uproar about this again. Karr was pretty smart though to confess to a crime he didn't commit to be extrodited from Thailand where he was facing child porn charges! Free ride and now he dosen't have to go back and face the music. The whole thing makes me sick!

I am AFRAID of horses. Starbucks is my latest vice. Today is my first day of not smoking. I have "forgot the bull and rode the cowboy" more than a few times. I am becoming a better person everyday.

I take pills with no problem. Guess it depends on how tight you are? The only thing my doc told me was to stay away from advil... and NSAIDS (?) as they can sit in the pouch too long and cause damage. Hope you feel better soon!

Checking in for the challenge. Crappy week... no loss, in fact I gained back a few I lost last week. I attribute that to no work outs this week as my foot has been really sore and swollen since I got my tat last week. It is starting to feel better though and I go for another fill next week so all is not lost. I am struggling with this though. This is the first week since I was banded in May that I haven't lost weight. Kinda hard to get my head around. :cry Kinda need some support right now. Just tell me everything is going to be okay! I know I have plenty of time to lose but I want it gone now! I know I probably sound silly as some people haven't lost in quite awhile.... but perception is reality and right now this is my reality. Peace.
