I wish my surgery would be covered by insurance! I have PacifiCare and no way, no how will they pay for banding. I haven't heard of Dr. Snyder but I will check him out! I am just in the infromation gathering stage right now to find the doctor that is right for me. There is a new practice in Thornton opening up this month that I think I will check out as well. I'm so excited to someday not being the fat chick!

I am also in Denver! I met with Dr. Gerald Kirshenbaum yesterday and LOVED him! Where in Denver is Dr. Snyder?

Hi! I just found this forum today and it couldn't have happened at a better time. I met with a surgeon yesterday to talk about the band and the surgery ect. He answered all my questions but there is one I forgot to ask. Maybe someone here can help me. I know with gastric bypass there is usually a lot of loose skin left after the fast weight loss. Has anyone experienced that with the band?? Thanks in advance for your help!
