I don't measure anything. I just eat until I am satisfied. As time goes on, I can tell exactly how much I will be able to eat depending on the time of day. For instance, mornings are a bit slow, lunch is a little better but it can still take me an hour to eat a wrap, but by dinner I am pretty open. Weird!

I am a big fan of yoplait light yogurt with some grapenuts added in. Yummy! I also like a packet of maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal. Most of the time I can only eat one or the other, there are days though that I eat yogurt when I first get to work then maybe oatmeal 3 hours or so later. ( I don't eat lunch until after 1 or so) On the weekends I don't really eat breakfast though, I always seem to either be sleeping in or too busy!

I personally think Wal-Mart is a 7th circle of hell and I refuse to step foot in that place. It's nice to hear they are doing something to help out the regular folk though. I can't help but wonder at what cost though? Big companies like Wallyworld don't do anything without getting something back.

BGB.... From what I gathered from the articles they have no life outside of their family home. Seems weird to me but what do I know? I can't imagine being 13 and being responsible for a younger sibling as well as myself! I could barely take care of myself at that age!

I LOVE the Biggest Loser! Kai and Erik are my faves to win. I'm glad I'm not the only one annoyed by Heather! Wylie gets on my nerves too...LOL. Hubby loves to watch because he loves Caroline Rhea!

The last time I saw the Duggars on TV they were moving into their new digs. Amazingly beautiful house and family. I have no clue how they pull it off, where there's a will there is a way I suppose!

You can definatley be overweight and bulimic, just as you could be overweight and anorexic. It's about what goes on in your mind that makes the disease so dangerous. I'm sure Teresita is aware that vomiting is bad for her band... hence her confession. Paulax... your post is so supportive! We all need to be picked up once in awhile. Teresita.... I know it took tremendous courage for you to admit this in an open forum like this.... this is the first step to getting better girl! Hang in there and keep posting!

I also have PCOS. I was banded in May and have since lost about 53 pounds. In July I had my first period that wasn't medically induced in years! I have had one every month since. I had my annual exam last month and my vaginal ultrasound showed NO cysts! There used to be so many that you couldn't count them all! My doc even said I was ovulating at the time of my exam and I should have no trouble getting pregnant. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY BAND!
