How do you stop email notification

I have started getting lots of emails notifying me of updated threads...I do not want those but am unsure how to get rid of them. I clicked FAQ and it sent me to page that said click HERE to stop them but then it doesn't say how to do that? Please help I'm emailed out!

Under the User Control Panel(User CP), go down to Edit Options I think it is, and then there is a box titled Notifications or something like that....and there will be a check in a box allowing emial notifications, just click to uncheck the box, and they will stop! Sorry I don't know the exact name of the area you need, but I am confident you can find it!!!

Good Luck!

Go to Quick Links and Subscribed Threads. Next to the thread you will see a box marked Instant Notification. Check that and you should stop getting the emails.

I agree with DrewsLou---time to go directly to the top----cuz I have no idea!!! But how annoying....stalked by a webiste!!! Let us know the results!

Kat

Go to USERCP and choose Options.... scroll down until you see Default Thread Supscription Mode and change your mode to email notification OFF.

If this doesn't work I'm at a loss.
