    Are you just walking on the treadmill at the gym? not even 2wks out from surgery and being at the gym sounds concerning to me, but if your doc cleared you then go for it [emoji4] I wasn't allowed to do much more than walk and could only lift up to 10lbs first week or so, then was allowed up to 20lbs. But I won't get full clearance for all activity until 6wks out. Until then, walking and light exercise are ok, moreso to keep your body moving while your insides finish healing up.

    I go to planet fitness... workout inn the 30 slots it's like 20 machines that you do a minute each, then the treadmill, and,the bike and arm exercises... I typically stay there for 2hrs

    I had my surgery November 10!!! I haven't had a bowel movement at all!!! Stomach is killing me because I'm taking everything trying to go. Now I'm sitting in my car about to go to the gym. I'm need to lose this weight, so I won't be going home. I tried exlax, magnesium( 2 bottles) detox tea, smooth moove tea. Nothing is working, oh I think it's call sinna.. anyone else having problems!?!
