I go to planet fitness... workout inn the 30 slots it's like 20 machines that you do a minute each, then the treadmill, and,the bike and arm exercises... I typically stay there for 2hrs Sent from my SM-J700T using BariatricPal mobile app

I had my surgery November 10!!! I haven't had a bowel movement at all!!! Stomach is killing me because I'm taking everything trying to go. Now I'm sitting in my car about to go to the gym. I'm need to lose this weight, so I won't be going home. I tried exlax, magnesium( 2 bottles) detox tea, smooth moove tea.
