I have been frustrated myself the past 2 weeks. My weight the day after surgery was 302. I have been at 280 lbs for 2 weeks now. My mom said I'd probably drop 5 if I just pooped lol. I'm not discouraged though and you shouldn't be either! Gonna switch up my diet and exercise routine. I went back after 4 weeks . My job is extremely physical and I usually reach10000 steps by 11am . I was on light duty for a couple of weeks and definitely got tired quickly but the more I moved the more calories and protein I could take and the more my energy improved Sent from my SM-G920T using BariatricPal mobile app

Hi nellybelly! Congrats first of all. My first day I was throwing up and having dry heaves but they told me it was more likely from anesthesia and pain meds than surgery itself.
