For me it depends on what I'm eating. Every morning I make a scrambled egg with Tomato. It usually ends up between 4 and 5 ounces, but it's mostly tomato. I use 1 egg each day. At lunch if I have tuna or chicken I can't eat 5 ounces...usually between 3 and 4...I try not to eat carbs like Pasta or bread because it fills me up too much. Also, before my surgery I was an Atkins girl so I think it's partly habit. Are you keeping a food journal? That really helps me to sort out patterns that might be working against me.
