I have BCBS Texas , but I don’t have a weight loss period. I just have to do EDG, one nutrition appointment and a psych elevation. Then I submit to the insurance. No waiting period.

My surgery will be at Memorial Hermann also. How did everything go?

Congratulations! I just have to get my EDG done. Then I will be able to submit my paper work for approval. I am so nervous. But I know it all will work out. Keep us updated on how everything goes and how you are feeling.

Put some rolls of quarters in your pockets. Add some extra weight.

The balloon only stays in for 6 month. And you don’t lose as much. It’s for people that’s looking to lose about 30lbs. If you what to lose a lot of weight you need a sleeve or lap.
