I tried to 2 chicken wings with salt and pepper and that gave me severe gas and diarrhea. I think it's different for everyone. I used to love a good steak but now I can barely tolerate it. It should pass eventually..it's different for everyone. Beef can be tough on the stomach at the beginning. Try to stick to chicken or tuna. Seems early to be on soft foods already.Eat slowly and use a baby spoon at the beginning. Don't drink and eat at the same time,at least 45 mins apart. Try pureeing foods at the beginning. Good luck!
