  2. I'm doing great! Down 103 lbs total!
  3. My nausea didnt stop till 1.5 months. It'll get better as you introduce more foods. Keep taking your zofran.
  4. The only challenge i've been having is drinking after meals. I feel like even if I wait 30 minutes then drink water, it flushes stuff through and i get hungry again super fast.
  5. Im 8 weeks out and my stomach feels normal, other then a really limited capacity.
  6. I puked twice since surgery and it was all due to eating too fast
  7. It's nearly impossible to stretch your stomach out. I would say you ate too fast. That happens with me sometimes.

  9. Hi, I had surgery 12/28/17 and just ate a full banana, i am completely stuffed and could nap for hours now. I'm wondering if i'm the only one that gets filled up by a soft food like that? Sorry if that's a dumb question, just curious!
  10. Mine had the same time of glue that you have and mine didnt look like that. My redness went down almost instantly. Yours look like an allergic reaction to the glue. I would get them checked out.
  11. My doctor says to just get as much protein as you can. I make my own protein shake which is 25g then i have greek yogurt in the morning which is 12g for lunch i had ricotta bake which had 15g for dinner i am having Tuna w/ non-fat mayo which is 17g which makes a total of: 69g of protein

  16. I completely agree! I lost 11 the first week so we're basically identical. I am staying off the scale till my 1 month post op on the 1st
  17. That's since my highest weight! I was 280 at surgery so about 19 lbs lost
  18. Hey guys! Had surgery on 12/28 and i've hit the 3 week stall. But i'm happy still because i can see my body moving. My tummy isnt as big!
  19. My binder that they gave me doesn't give me a number! so your post makes me feel a ton better.
  20. My doctor said no, but my aunt had this surgery before I did and she had it up until surgery. They don't want you to have it because you wont be able to have it after surgery for a while.
  21. Hi guys, I've been reading a lot of posts about daily calorie intake, and the people I've seen post have been saying that they are eating about 1000-1200 calories a day and are about the same amount of time out that I am. The only problem here is I usually only make it to 600 calories a day at most. Maybe 700. I only eat when i'm physically hungry. Is that normal? I had surgery 12/28/17 and will be out 3 weeks on Thursday. I guess i'm just a worry wart. Anything helps
