I completed everything in under two months (appts,psych, weight loss, pre-op testing meetings etc). They won’t submit to insurance until 3 month mark. I’m aggravated I’m waiting now because I completed everything so quickly! I was lucky my schedule allowed for it but waiting is tough

I’ve been a vegetarian for 20+ years and have started the pre-op diet. Getting my protein in has been very hard. I’m drinking shakeology which I know Is vegan. I will eat eggs/seafood too. Do you have suggestions for protein options?
