Agree with others that you should start an activity that your workouts help with, for that inside motivation. Like hiking this fall, or (I do this one ) riding scooters with your kids, or learning to ice skate (I’m doing that one too). You have more fun and it’s easier, if you keep up your regular workouts.
maybe look for ease of bending down in the kitchen, or ease of walking up hill, etc, rather than the after workout high. It’s been a year for me since I started working out, and i don’t get the high post workout either, I just feel better when I move.

That's awesome. I've sort of started fencing but I am doing HEMA - Historical European Martial Arts. Doing Longsword and my club is movng into adding saber and singlestick.

Thanks for ideas. The reason I don't do Gatorade is cause of the sugars added to it. I have a lot of tabs I can use for now that dissolve in Water.< br>

wjgo got a reaction from J San in What were your lifting/workout plans when you were first cleared to do so?
Might me a worthwhile to hire a trainer for a few sessions to give you a program to follow or alternate exercises for the gym you use. Any machines and even free weights can have subtle changes to what muscles they target just based on your grip style. For example, instead of using a seated row, I do a bent over row using a Smith Machine because that gives some extra core exercises. But it was better to start on the seated row. Some machines will target specific muscles while similar machines will not be so specific.

So when I was heavier, I had a double chin, so I always kept my hair long. The few times that I did cut my hair short, I immediately regretted it because it really seemed to bring attention to the extra weight around my face and neck. Now that I have lost weight, I am excited to cut it shorter again. I figure it is a good time because I am shedding anyhow, and then if I feel like I want to grow it out, it should be longer by next summer, when the Texas heat kicks in. I also want to color it, but I am going to wait until it is closer to Thanksgiving.
Here is the plan for Friday...woo hoo! My hair is currently about 6 inches longer than this, so it will be super scary. I am ready for a change though.

    Depends on the country.
Invasiveness not only relates to the procedure - it's also the level of malabsorption. High level of malabsorption after all doesn't only mean "more weight loss because less calories" but it also means "less absorption of Vitamins, minerals and gazillions of micronutrients, including some we might not even know about yet".

Start measuring and tracking other measurements that usually get forgotten. Hips, thighs, waist, stomach, chest, arms or whatever suits you.

I had been a stall very recently, and it started to bother me but I realized that my jogging intervals are faster and easier, and I am adding weights at the gym very consistently. Since I am eating right, there is nothing else I can do. I am on a good trajectory so I didn't let it bother me.

Most weight loss is done through breathing. So by increasing your metabolism walking you jump starting baome weight loss. I don't know the exact mechanism but I think you lost some Water with it, but your body will collect some water later on as your drink.Sent from my XT1609 using BariatricPal mobile app

I went straight to scrambled eggs. No problem. I find two eggs are a good normal meal. Try one.
    .
Be sure to add a bunch extra milk when mixing it up so the eggs are extra fluffy.
