I have the same date!! Ya us!!! I am doing two shakes and a healthy no carb dinner... I'm super excited an counting down the days... but have a tiny bit of nerves - which I know is normal. I started my journey last March so I totally understand about the patience you had to have over the last year.

Ok... I'll bite... I had a Yoplait Light & Fit greek yogurt with 1/2 banana...a couple of hours ago... in a few my snack will be Crustless Mini Quiche I found on My Fitness Pal...

So today I finally sat down with my immediate supervisor and told him "So I'm going to be out for surgery ..." and he responded with "oh female problems?" I was caught off guard and totally amused so I shurgged my shoulders and said "ok" lol . I know he isn't supposed to ask and I know I don't owe anyone any explanations and I honestly don't mind people knowing... I just thought it was funny that he assumed it was "female problems"... haha!

Hi! I just wanted to say congrats on starting the process... like WLS said it's different for everyone. I have HealthNet and had to do the 6 months before I even got to see the surgeon. If you have IEHP does that mean you're in Cali?
