I said I was sorry. If you have spent time reading in these forums you have seen how people interact and say things that others do not like or get offended by. I said something wrong, but I have as much a right to be in this forum as anyone. I make a valuable contribution just like everyone else. That being said, I am not perfect and should not have said what I said.

I was sleeved May 9, 2018 and have only lost 55 pounds.

I should have been at my goal weight by now had it not been for drinking wine and beer and eating cheese and other fattening foods.

Thank you for your response. I am sort of restarting my body by eating the way I did when I first got home from my surgery. Major Portion Control. Somehow I had fallen off the wagon and have been drinking wine beer and candy. food is one of my addictions. It is so hard to not buy Easter candy.

I am sorry. I didnt realize she was 2.5 weeks. You are right at 2.5 weeks pizza is no way on the menu. NO PIZZA right now!

I was able to eat pizza. I was able to eat just half of it but it tasted wonderful. It was olive, mushroom and cheese. There is nothing wrong with a slice of pizza now and then.

I am allowed 225 - 325 grams of carbs per days. So really that puts my 27 grams in this cereal in the null catagory.

what i am doing is mixing Water with regular Gatorade. I bought a lot of Gatorade so I will use it for my water. Thank you everyone for your responses.
