November 1st here in Florida, with Dr Lord! So excited!!! (And nervous) I had to wait until I was cancer free for 5 years, so it's been a long time coming.

Finally time for my 6 months before and after pictures.
I have lost over 90 lbs.
A week ago I completed a Nordic Walking half marathon.
I have prevented a second back surgery, and life is pretty good.
I have under 15 lbs until I have a normal BMI. I started at 42.
Awesome! You look great! Avoiding another back surgery must make you happy as well! Congratulations!

Thank you! I did have a panniculectomy on June 5th. They removed 15 pounds of skin. I will have more surgeries once I hit goal. I had to get the panni done before I reached goal because it was affecting my quality of life.
I'm certainly going to need that. I have to lose about 130-140 pounds to reach my goal. You have done an awesome job. I'm worried about excess skin and about prospect of having it removed.

GNC has a pumpkin spice Protein Powder called Total Lean. It's pretty good. I mix it with skim milk. Watkins has flavorings that I use in my shakes and it has pumpkin spice flavoring and you can use it in a vanilla.< br>
