GNC has a pumpkin spice protein powder called Total Lean. It's pretty good. I mix it with skim milk. Watkins has flavorings that I use in my shakes and it has pumpkin spice flavoring and you can use it in a vanilla. Sent from my Z988 using BariatricPal mobile app
