    Someone mentioned on here that there are pretty routine time frames for stalls. I think I remember them being: 3 weeks, 3-4 months, 6 months, 9 months? So if you're doing the same things and staying honest with yourself, I'd say just give it time?
    But also, you could re-evaluate your activity levels and weight and use a TDEE to calculate or re-evaluate your macros. That way you can be more certain your aren't over/under eating?

    Im about 4 months post op. I was sleeved 9/11/17 . I have lost 51 pounds total. 20 pre op . 31 post op. And now I'm not losing anymore weight. This is really scary and discouraging .. Has this happened to anyone else ? Can anyone offer any advise or encouragement ?

    My first goal was to lose enough wait to make myself feel good and it has happened I got my surgery on 10/6 and I was 456.8 pounds and today I weighed myself and I am officially out of the 400's I have not seen a 3 in front of my weight since I was 13 or 14

    Head hunger is when you think you are hungry but physically you're not. Head hunger is how a lot of us gained weight by eating when we were not truly hungry.
