I think I'm a 38D now but my poor girls look like deflated balloons, just pitiful. Don't even want to stay in the cups most days

Update: 19 months out and I finally hit 193! Hopefully my stall is over. For months, no matter what I did, my weight fluctuated between 195-205. Hope all is well with everyoneI’m 5’7” and at my heaviest I was 321 but when I started my journey I was 309. My surgery date is 6/28/18. At the end of my 7 months of required nutrition visits I was 283. But then I got on birth control and ballooned up to 294. I was told not to worry about it because the liquid diet will take the weight off but it is very annoying 🤦🏽♀️

Hey everyone! I am nowhere near where I want or need to be but I am doing okay. My goal is around 175 but my scale keeps fluctuating between 197-202 and it’s been this way a while. This is me currently. Still fighting the good fight. You all look amazing. Hope all is well with you all 🤗🤗🤗

Wow, that is a lot to unload. Sorry about the Hashimoto’s and having a difficult time. Figuring out food/protein is definitely a difficult task. Praying things get way better for you. Still alive over here but struggling to lose the last few pounds to get out of the 200s. Pretty much I’ve just been trying to find a new place but also doing some freelance work in the meantime for others. So not much going on on my end.On 04/11/2019 at 08:18, Megan Sadler said:
How is everyone?? I’m alive. For now. Been struggling with some medical conditions lately (was just diagnosed with Hashimotos), still dealing with problems that come from starvation (can’t afford food or meds or anything....) Thought I’d share my Breakfast with y’all. It’s a banana with a little Peanut Butter, a small amount of honey, and some chia seeds sprinkles on top. Not much, but it’s something.
I quit my job due to my unexpected illness, and am now moving cross country. I posted my resume online and have gotten one phone call so far for an interview. Hoping that I can survive long enough to get a decent paying job. (Moving up in the world!)

I wanted so share some photos. The one with me and my cousin was actually a while ago but I was the same weight before my surgery. Started at 252 and am down to 168. I’ve come a long way. Anyways I posted the first picture on my Facebook from since my surgery. I’m in a medium shirt!! Omg!! The skinny girl on the left is my cousin. Love her so much 😂 :)

I have no clue what it is about that weight but it doesn’t seem like it wants to loosen its clutch! I’ve never been this size or the 220 ever in my adult life but I was definitely terrified about the possibility of being stuck there. I guess we just have to keep pushing and hoping for the best. Here’s to reaching ONEderland! On 01/27/2019 at 15:28, libbyleeb said:
@alfxrny what is it about 220?! I’ve been stalled out in the same range but got to 217 this morning. I’ve been worried since this is where I hit the wall losing weight through WeightWatchers before. -
Stalls suck! This month I hit 219lbs and then jumped back up to 224 and it wouldn’t budge for a couple of weeks. This morning I woke up 216. Don’t give up. You’ve got this!On 01/22/2019 at 11:52, photogirl70 said:
That was my post on Jan. 12. Since then, I'm stuck at between 191 and 189. I am beginning week 3 of my workout and am for the most part back on track with eating but the scale is not budging. This makes me so sad! I'm going to start back tracking my food today. I had stopped writing it down and thought I was doing a good job on guesstimating.

Happy New Year! And the time really does fly! I was stalled for almost 2 months. My surgeon’s office said it may be caused by monotony in the diet and to try new things here and there. Awesome that you are still losing inches! On 01/06/2019 at 13:02, Leia said:
Happy New Year everyone!
I don't post a lot, I kinda lurk. But I love hearing about everyone's process and progress! I'm 5 months post op tomorrow! I can't believe how much time has already gone by!
I'm currently stalled out, I blame letting too much sugar back into my diet over the holidays. I think I'm still losing inches though, and hopefully the scale will start moving again soon.
Hope everyone's New Year is of to a great start!

What awesome accomplishments! Congrats!On 12/31/2018 at 20:50, ms.sleeve said:
I had already posted my NSV's a few weeks ago, but got some new ones:
Officially threw my size 14 jeans up on the fat clothes shelf in my closet. Those tight size 12's are no longer tight.
Had to change the wrist strap to my watch from the large size to the small.
Can wear a long sleeve top AND a sweater AND a jacket liner underneath my winter coat and still able to zip up easily (last winter I could only close the coat - barely - if i wore a very thin shirt underneath).
Can wear nice thick woollen socks in my boots now (my feet shrunk!)
Found at by accident that I could sit on the floor with my legs crossed underneath me comfortably. I haven't been able to do that in years.

Nice loss! Keep fighting the good fight! I’m starting to wonder if the intolerance for tuna is common? My new tummy can’t handle it either. Also the eggs don’t agree with me eitherOn 12/31/2018 at 02:36, rs said:
Hello. Sleeved Aug 15. Down 48 post surgery, 63 since pre surgery diet. Went from size 22 down to 16. Still nauseous and throwing up sometimes. Not tolerating most meats, eggs, or tuna. Still struggle to meet Protein, liquid, and exercise goals. Happy about the weight loss so far but nervous that the honeymoon period is going to end before I am fully in a routine of hitting those daily goals and then of course it'll be extra hard to get to a completely healthy weight. I haven't given up though.

Mine has been pretty slow too. I was stuck at 225 for almost two whole months. I just got down to 220. I can wear a size lg or xl top in most stores and a size 14 or 16 in bottoms. I’m sorry that eating causes you nausea. The only things that seem to bother me food wise are raw greens of any kind (especially lettuce), tuna, and sauces. Hope you feel better and that your tummy settles at some pointOn 12/31/2018 at 01:21, Megan Sadler said:
My weight loss has been stubbornly slow. I’m down to 184 at the moment. I’m in side lg shirts and size 18 pants. I can’t eat anything without being nauseated. -

Hmmm, current nsv, not gaining over the thanksgiving holiday. I mean I don’t cook for thanksgiving but still. My weight has been stalling like crazy but my measurements are still shrinking. I was able to fit into a size 14 pair of jeans earlier in the month. Impossible!

Summer 2018 Surgery Buddies: 1 Year Check In
in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A

I don't think anyone comes here anymore but wanted to post anyway. I am not doing so great on my journey. Put on so much weight and trying to fix it. From the pandemic to losing some family members and very recently losing my mom things have just been really hard. I am still trying but I'm extremely discouraged. My surgeon had already given up on me for not losing enough weight. I've been referred to another surgeon to figure out how to get me back on track. I pray everyone else's journey is going well. Take care of yourselves
