Kim D. E. got a reaction from Jamie09 in 6 days post surgery
I am 10 days post op had the samw procedure u had, band to sleeve. Im surprised to hear your rerurning to worl tomorrow. My Dr. forbid me from returning befoer 2 - 3 weeks. He said going from phase 1 to phase 2 you want to ensure that your body is ready & prepred. I'm still sore from surgery, some days arw better than others & emotionally you are dealing with alot, your new norm, especially when everyone around me is eating bacon, donuts etc. If you are anything like me you've build a relationship with food & now you've gone through a bad breakup. After any breakup you are gling to be emotional. Take stock in yoir feelings, I've starting writing them down, aclnowledge them

Kim D. E. reacted to BrandiceLeSha in Progress
I had my sleeve on June 28th. My first weigh in was 236 pounds. Now, I'm down to about 160. It'll feel slow at times, but then it will hit at once. Lol, I was wearing pants two sizes too big the other week because I didn't realize my size. It does take time for the brain to catch up to the weight loss. I'm still working on me and still progressing but so blessed.
