  5. It’s not their decision. You have to do it for you.
  6. I felt the same way. Cancelled my first surgery date a week from surgery but later had it done. It is a better tool for me because of the limitations on the amount you can eat. It’ s still not easy but I’m glad I had it.

I have been on prenisone since August 28th having had the gastric sleeve surgery on July 12th. I was diagnosed with temporal arteritis prednisone dosge from 60 mg. a day to 55 mg.a day for a month and now reducing weekly. The last two weeks is when my weight gain began and my moon face....eeek.....I am grateful to not be blind or infirmd but I went through this surgery to lose weight. I just needed to vent to like minded peers.

  25. Take smaller sips or bites. Remember that the stomach has gone through a shock, the nerves and muscle work slower. I am 3 Months out and get muscle spasms if I swallow too fast or too large an amount.
  26. Are you drinking enough water?
  27. Add benefiber to your drink 3 times a day. I had a horrible problem with constipation in the beginning I am 3 months post. I don’t have a problem anymore.
  28. cookie is a no no.....carb and no advantage.
  29. You can’t eat anything but liquids 4 days out!!!!!
