Hello,
I Had weight stalls quite often. Your body is just trying to adjust and reset itself. I am 4 pounds from goal, for the last two months😫. However, I just keep doing the right things and I am positive I will hit my goal soon.

Oh gosh! The one thing I worried about, wrinkles! My full face before surgery looked pretty good, but now, not so much. I notice mostly around my mouth and cheek area. Also my neck. I'm considering Botox because it is a good preventive for wrinkles, placed in the proper spot, it can also reduce wrinkles somewhat. I'm 60, so I figured I'd have wrinkles when I lost weight, just wasn't expecting so many. However, I'll take the wrinkles over being morbidly obese.

Amen! I totally agree...but I think I wasn't prepared for...just how many. Heck, I haven't even started in on the 'after WLS weight drop'...well, at least it is something I can continue to be ready for. It still doesn't change my mind one little bit. Most of the ones that will show up will be ones I would have likely gotten and already have been noticeable if I hadn't been morbidly obese..

I loved the BariatricPal hot chocolate with mini marshmallows. I'm not sure if you've tried that one yet. Sometimes, I still have one because it seems like a cheat. I'd drink them all the time if I could, but my Doctor doesn't want me to drink my Protein any longer.

I usually update my weight on Sunday morning...today it is 130.4! Only 0.4 until I'll be at the weight my doctor suggested. I think my personal goal will be a little lower.

I love your cheeks when you took pictures from above. I think some models would die for that look. You look amazing!

Np love to b on the other side of the fence and show off my results... U will b so happy very soon the weight sheds off like butter. Can't wait to see ur results.

Wow! Both you ladies look Amazing! Congratulations great job it is so crazy seeing all the before and after pics it is truly inspirational. I am on my 5th day of 14 day preop diet and these pics keep me motivated. Thank you ladies!

I agree. For me, losing 167lbs has completely changed my life. It's truly amazing. I had my surgery October 10th 2017. So, we are surgery sisters.
