  2. I'm a little over 3 weeks post op and doing pretty good but have thrown up several times I'm thinking it has to do with eating too much or too fast but it's pretty miserable!!!!!! Sw 209 cw 189 gw 130
  3. I too am on soft foods starting week 4 and I have stalled several times but yes be patient it will start moving I've only lost 15 pounds but if we stay consistent the scale will move!! Hang in there!!!! I felt like I would b the one it didn't work for too but today the scale started to move so just hang n there!!!
  4. My surgery was 29 tho I am finally doing a lot better able to eat without too much discomfort still on soft foods next week I can try deli meat ... start work on Monday!!!
  5. I too was nervous about depression but they kept me on my meds for anxiety/ depression I did feel a bit sad and freaked out like what did I just do and the missing food but overall I have been pretty level and thankful for this journey!
  6. I took a blanket which I am so glad I did it was comforting and warm!!!!! And lip balm
  7. I had my sleeve on 29 th and honestly I'm having a hard time I guess I'm just missing food and I eat more than my body wants so today I tried to really listen to my body and eating wasn't as painful but It's just harder than I expected and more emotional...

  10. Had my surgery on 29 th and home doing pretty good! Having a hard time knowing when hungry and full. Having hard time getting water in ! Can't wait to b able to eat solids!
  11. Me Too! Gas x strips and walking really have made a difference but knowing when I'm full has been hard except pain when food is moving thru stomache! I do miss food but I rather have a happy sleeve than a mad one it's a mentally thing I have to overcome!!!!
  12. What is everyone eating and how do u know ur full? Ru waiting 30 mins to drink before and after??
  13. I'm day 3 as well and the indigestion is the worst but I got gas x strips that dissolve in mouth and I'm walking too which seems to help hang in there it's hard I know but it will get better!!!! I pray a lot!!!!!!!!
  14. Hurts to drink feels like indigestion how do I deal with that it's hard to get water n due to pain!
  15. I was sleeved today aug 29 and I was so nervous but so far I feel great little pain, great doctors and nurses. Only pain is the drain everything else is good!!! Very thankful!!!! I hope yours went great!

  17. Getting surgery on Tuesday! Hating the liquid diet but hanging in there! Excited to start this journey !!!!
  18. It's day 3 of liquid diet surgery 29 th I am been eating popscicles and realized they have no added sugar not sugar free is this bad??? Kinda freaking out don't want to mess this up!
