It's POD # 3 and I'm still quite sore. The pain medicine helps but I have to crush it due to insurance. It tastes so bitter. I haven't really passed gas yet to my knowledge an I'm so sleepy. All the time. I have been tracking my intake and have been taking a few walks a day to get my intestines going. Afterwards I have to rest awhile. Is all of this normal? I expected nausea but I don't have this. Soreness and somnolence is my issue.
