Is this class the same as Health education classes? I saw my doctor and he asked me to attend a class, but it wasn't called Options. -

Long term statistics on weight maintenance?

I know this is something I want to do, but I'm nervous about the long term weight gain I have heard about. Is there information to read up on? I eat pretty intuitively/healthy now after a lifetime of yoyo dieting, but I don't want to undergo major surgery just to keep yoyo'ing. How is weight set point factored in with this surgery? Are their consequences to bariatric restriction like there are with dieting?- 2 replies
