I had surgery on 8/7/2017 currently in the clear liquid phase but advance to full liquid tomorrow. I am finding it difficult to even get down the 64 oz of water a day. I set a goal for today to drink at least 2 protein drinks, yesterday I wasn't able to finish one. I think I need to pace myself more. I am used to going long periods of time without eating and then eating a larger meal, same with fluid consumption. I see you are doing great with your weight loss!! Good Job
I hear you! I came out of surgery on August 8th, so just a day after you. I can start pureed foods Wednesday the 16th and I am looking forward to it. I am sick of the protein shakes already!
