Thank you this makes sense. I will ask my dr. about the B12. She doesn't have me taking that yet.

Hi I am 2 weeks post op and I am walking 2 miles but afterwards I am so exhausted. So today I only walked 35 minutes instead of 48 and I am still totally exhausted. My Dr. said to walk 1/2 hour in the a.m and 1/2 hour in the p.m. Does anyone else have this issue with energy?
