Hey guys.. I complained to my doc about being hungry within a couple of hours and he told me that If I eat 1/2 cup of protien and then eat veggies, starches, fruit..whatever else is on the plate that it will keep me full longer. He said that salads and lean cuisines (which is what I live off of) will not do the trick as far as keeping you full for 4 hours...that protien first and then other food if you are still hungry. Just thought I would share! Love you guys!

JerseyTammy...that is too funny!! I do things like that all the time. If God wants me to walk tonight...he'll have a friend call to ask me to walk...oh and the phone was off the hook....oops! Janet... I haven't caught up with you in a while. I know you gave up chocolate...but other than that how is everything else going? I haven't had a chance to read everything that eveyone has written. I am going to get better at responding to everyone...work has just been really crazy lately!

Ugh found out yesterday that I have to get a new roof. Thank God for insurance. It could be worse..I am not complaining. So do any of you follow the Preds?

Hey... is the mdonalds ice cream really fattening? It is only 3 points or 2 points with Weight Watchers...and a starch/fat with LA Weightloss. I thought how bad could it be then? UGH!!!!! I am back in town and had a great Easter. Did everyone else? I was chocolate free today!!! YEAH! It sure was hard! Chat later!

I haven't been in lately, sorry I have missed out on some of the chats. I am out of town right now, and will be back Monday. I am going to try to stay off the chocolate...but I tell ya I am addicted to Mcdonalds ice cream cones. I have heard they are low fat and so I have had 2 this week. I have gotta stop...but they are so dang good.

My friends have all started calling me skinny bitch...I think that is so funny! I am so far from being skinny!!!! Tammy...the donuts call me name everytime I go to the grocery store. I literally go the other way so I don't have to see them. Tey are my absolute fav!! JanetC: Thanks for being concerned about the storms over TN. I appreciate it! I am an insurance agent...so i have been slammed with claims this week...yuck....but it keeps my mind off of eating! Feeling pretty good after the fill. Chat later!

No tammy, you are not the only one. I have eaten my fair share of donuts this past weekend. Its all my mother-in-laws fault for bringing them to my house.....but anyway....its my fault for putting them in my mouth. I am right there with ya! I had another fill today. So now I am at 3.4cc Heres to hoping that it gives me restriction longer. My next appointment is in 4 weeks. How is everyone else doing with weight loss and eating?

I had another fill today....Gosh...I hope I get the restriction I need. I have gained 2 of the 7.5 I lost last week. Maybe it will turn around tomorrow when I weigh in.......thats a lot to hope for huh!

I thought that Chris did really well....and really I thought Kellie did well. I am not a big fan of her, but she did a good job tonight. I htought Bucky did pretty good...Ace was horrible. HIs baggy leather pants were terrible....Who dresses them?

Hey ya'll Going for a fill today. I have been eating everything bad for me lately...I have gained 2 pounds... It started sat. night with one of my friends b-day parties...and I haven't stopped. Hopefully the fill will keep me from overeating like I have been. I ate a peice of chicken, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit on Sunday night...it was like a light switch...I couldn't even eat 1/2 of a lean cuisine last week....and now I can eat all that. What the heck is going on? I feel so dang depressed. I want to lose 40 more pounds by Aug 19th.......and I feel so far away from that. I will never make it I don't think...not at this rate. I am having a pitty party, eveyone is invited!

Hey TN bandsters.... Hope everyone is ok with the weather that we all had this past weekend. It was so scary here in Spring Hill....it hailed for like 15 minutes and piled up like it had snowed. We didn't have alot of damage other than hail damage...I really hope that everyone and their families are ok.....everyone check in to let us know!

Hey Guys... We made it through the tornadoes. We had so much hail...it was awful! We have car damage, our gazebo got ruined, and huge branches and stick clean up buts that it...could be alot...a whole lot worse! So many people lost their homes, and family members. It was very scary! I have attached a pic of the hail we got...hope it comes through ok. and not too big. Remember....it was 75 degrees outside and this hail just started falling from the sky...it looks like so snow there was so much Ice!

Welcome Prennie! Well...ok I just survived the HUGE HAIL storm of my lifetime. I am talking 3" hail. My yard looks like it snowed....Tornadoes are rapid through our area right now. We are all in the family room ready to do our escape plan...I have eaten like the devil today...I ate a honey bun and some oreos...that is so unlike me...but I think I am just going crazy with this crazy weather...plus stressed over all the damage done to the cars and house. UGH...will keep ya updated!

I could eat everything I wanted until after my 3rd fill. My first 2 fills did not do much, and after my 3rd fill, it was alot better. I still can eat a little more than I should...but I know after this next fill next week...I should be just right. Ya'll hang in there...it will get better. Keep trying to smile.

I eat about 1/2 of a lean cuisine....or if i am eating out I can eat like 1/2 of a chicken breast and a few bites of potatoes or something. I can eat most anything except soft doughy bread. Buns and stuff like that are hard to get down. Good luck....I do think a fill would help you...call your doc or his nurse!

Nanster: I wasn't losing any weight either for a while...after 2 fills I kept filling like I was pretty much following the diet and still not losing. After my 3rd fill, I have dropped the weight like crazy. I have lost 8 pounds in about a week and 1/2 ....32 pounds gone forever....Yeah!..Anyway, that is my experience, and could be different for you. You have to go with your gut instict. We're Lov'n ya!

Nanster, I am sorry that you are going through a tough time. When is your fill, that could be one of your problems...just guessing. I hope things turn around for you soon. Try to keep smiling!

You can say that again....HOLY CRAP!!! I cannot believe that! Mandisa was one of the best...she did have an off night though.....BUT WOW..that sucks!

Can't wait for tonight...gonna check out the whole Chris and Kellie thing. I hope that Katherine goes home...I know she can sing, but something about her bugs me...Maybe it is that my husband lust over her when she is on....maybe thats it...i dunno.....hehe:argue: thats us when he lust over her!
