I had mine placed July 15 and I'm miserable. I'm going to start obeying the diet plan. I've been taking shortcuts and I've been nauseated and tired. Did I forget my failure to comply now has me constipated! This has been a tough last 3 days

Please tell me what you took to stop nausea. Although I just read enough to suggest that I'm eating the wrong foods and not drinking enough Water. Tomorrow I'm totally gonna take my diet serious. I've been miserable
