Hi there, I saw Dr Kow approximately 5 months before surgery and the process was easy. I was on optifast 2 weeks prior to procedure then liquid diet 2 weeks post surgery, purée food for 2 weeks, soft diet for 2 weeks then gradually introducing other foods (protein) into diet. My starting weight was 125kg and now I am 87kg.

Hi there, I had my sleeve done by Dr Kow and she is amazing! I was sleeved on 29th March and no complications with sleeve at all.
