I'm on day three, and I'm sticking to about 1k steps inside the house, with lots of places to sit down and lots of breaks. I'm finding it's helping a lot with the gas pain.
Walk as much as you can, if you can do more then push yourself. I started walking about 60 minutes 4 days after surgery. It helped with the gas pains and energy. But do what you can handle.

I just had surgery on the first and was wondering how much receive I should be doing? Don't want to over do it but also want to help myself out with the proper cardio.

I blend my food as well, but this was an approved puree recipe on Pinterest. Here are some others. I love to cook, so I needed options.
