First, the surgeon suggest me to do gastric sleeve but my insurance did not cover weight loss operation. Then he suggest to do gastric plication as this can charge in my insurance while doing anti reflux operation. 2 weeks later i will have a endoscopy to make sure again my hiatal hernia situation before proceed and decide which operation i go. FYI, i not yet marry... I do not wish any of these operation effect my future married life. So i need some of ur guys opinion or suggestions or comments bout this. Thank you.

I age 32, 160cm height and 93kg weight. Today I met my Bariatric Surgeon for my Hiatal Hernia repair. Then he suggest me to do anti-reflux surgery together with gastric plication surgery. I not so well know about this gastric plication surgery. Doctor said I should lose weight... I not a big eater... maybe i ate too much high calories foods... Should I listen to my surgeon to do gastric plication?
