I just had mine removed on July 25th I'm down 14 pounds since my surgery because I don't feel like I'm starving to death I eat about five to six small meals a day two of them are probably a bowl of Cereal with high Fiber if I do eat anything outside of a meal chips or anything I take a small kids bowl and that's what I get to eat and I'm trying to stay away from dark sodas I will have Sprite drink lots of Water I haven't done the milk thing yet which is my favorite
