Hi, so this is literally my first post in any type of support group. I had the roux-en-y in 2011 and am in the phase where I'm regaining weight and am now in like emergency panic mode. I just wanted to let you know that your post really made me feel not so alone. It's unfortunately nice to know that I'm not alone. I wish you the best of luck!
