Woo Hoo!! Great job, surgibud! I'm stalled out right at 100, so you caught up! (Totally NOT a surprise). You are 5lbs from goal, and I'm 5lbs from onederland.. race you there!

Thanks. It's on @Berry78 You might not be, but I am. I stalled for almost a month just around 160, but then a steady drop the past 2 weeks. I was expecting another stall.
But you are on! Not that I'm going to do anything different thought lol

Hmm.. So if I can lose at the same rate as you.. then I'll be at goal in 5 more months.. which puts me at goal at a year postop. I seriously doubt it will happen, but a gal can dream, right? Lol!
    You have done FANTABULOUS!

Hope you rule the world! Wouldn't it be cool if we had ours about the same time? Congrats on your pre-ops!
I'm having my last RD appointment tomorrow, and an appt with the surgeon next week on Thursday. I don't know what for? I thought she'd already submitted me, but I don't know that she has?

Maybe you can scrounge up a healthy person to take your place in donating. At least for a while.
When I look up phase angles around 4, the results are from people that have cancer or AIDS, or 90 year olds, or on hospice with 6 months to live. Hopefully in your case it was just a fluke reading... but what if it wasn't?
What if eating 800 calories a day while exercising fairly heavily and donating plasma has just asked too much from your body? I know you are trying to be healthy and fix everything.. and you can and will! I'm just trying to help set you on that path.
What does your doc and nut say about the donations?

Hey just an FYI, donating (plasmaphoresis) can cause someone to be temporarily low in protein...I would think that would be even worse when you have a malabsorptive situation like you do with early GB. If it's from a pulled muscle, you should be able to locate it by pressing on your back. It'll feel like, "oh, there's THE SPOT". If you have no areas that ring a bell when you press on them, then you may want to go to an urgent care center. At the very least, find a way to keep an eye on your temperature and oxygen saturation level (you know, that machine that goes on your finger to measure how much oxygen is in your blood.. should be over 95%, if it's under 90, go to the ER).

Congratulations on your first step towards a healthier, fuller life. I have a supportive family as well, and it really helps so much. I'm a year older than you, and did have some success losing on my own, but metabolic syndrome is more common was women get older (I know you're a guy) so yo yo. I guess the good part is that the yo yo clothes are still there, so I have some smaller.
