I'm 60 yrs old and was sleeved on 8/2 as well, have had nearly the same amount of wait loss , I'm at 34.5 and dr said it was bout right for my age it definitely that's us a little longer than younger people . -

I'm 7 weeks post-op with no issues until couple days ago started getting nausea after eating and waking up at night with it also !!

Genepro has been great for me.. I mix it with Powerade Zero, sugar free pudding & tea . Use a shaker bottle for the liquids and shake a lot for it to dissolve a lot

I drink Premier shakes in the chocolate, I always put them in the freezer for a hour or so and it's like a chocolate shake. That's the only way I can drink them .. I also put yogurt in the freezer too

I put my premier protein drinks in the freezer at least 1 hr before I drink them and their like a milk shake, that's the only way I can drink them . -
Are you able to swallow pills ??
