Hi, I'm a week out from surgery and confused as hell! If anyone is able to help me and lead me in the right direction I'd be eternally grateful [emoji8] I had my surgery in Belgium and live in the U.K. So I'm finding it hard to navigate when/what/how regarding intake and was never given any advice about daily protein targets... [emoji33] Any advice or support very welcome! Thx
