Full Fat Mayo, cottage cheese, and yogurt
I'm not a fan of the low fat versions. Did anyone eat the full fat version of these? It would seem that as little as we can eat, one should still lose weight. Anyone eating the 4% cottage cheese and 2% yogurt?

Fobi Ring for sleeved patients
I've done a little research on the Fobi Ring. Its purpose is to help you later not to gain weight back. Has anyone had their Dr suggest it or does anyone sleeved have it? Inquiring minds want to know.

What I want to believe
Many of us have had these question. Unfortunately we have no crystal ball or guarantee that this will be "it". Personally I feel that there will be pros and cons down both roads. In the end, like with many big life decisions, we have to do as much research as possible, and talk to as many professionals familiar with the subject as possible. Only then will we have a little more confidence in our decision.

Why do you have to have an endoscopy? Is that something that's required by insurance or your Dr?

right after surgery
From what I've read everyone reacts differently to the surgery. Better to wait and see. Ask for 2 weeks. You can always amend it if you feel like going back earlier.
