  1. 87 pounds in just 10 months is fantastic! I haven’t had surgery yet, but dang, that’s awesome.
  2. You look marvelous! We have similar stats: HW 240, SW (scheduled 1/2/18), CW 225, GW 140 Your pics help me visualize where I might be someday. Can you tell me when you had surgery?
  3. I am scheduled for surgery on 1/2/18. One thing that worries me is sagging skin; I know it’s vain. I am 62 years old and I am guessing there is not much elasticity left in my skin. Right now, at 225 pounds, people say I look a lot younger. I want to do everything possible to combat looking old. Has anyone tried dry brushing and if so, do you feel it helped? I look at all the amazing before/after photos and so many of you look absolutely fantastic and don’t appear to have skin sagging. Does anyone have any other advice on keeping skin in top shape? Thank you all in advance.
  4. I hope I have an easy time of it - I am 62 and scheduled early January.
  5. Good to know that I won’t have to give up caffeine!

  10. Thank you for documenting your experience with VSG. I will have surgery on 1/2/18.
  11. Very coo, thread! I will be working on my list over the next few days......stay tuned!
  12. So sorry to hear your ongoing GI issues. I can say I’m rather glad that I had my gallbladder removed last year due to my own GI issues. One less thing to worry about, as my surgery date is the beginning of January. I hope that, going forward, your GI issues are a thing of the past and I wish you well.
  13. Wow! Wow! Wow! Amazing transformation! Can’t wait for my surgery!
  14. Wow!!!! Amazing transformation! You look great, [emoji7][emoji7]
  15. I am in the same boat. I had been taking Belviq and phentermine which stopped working after 6 months. In that time I had lost 38 pounds. When I went for my very first appointment about six months ago, I weighed 207. Today I weigh 225. I feel my weight gain is the result of having to stop the Belviq/phentermine combo so I am now ravenously hungry all the time. Surgery can’t come soon enough. Scheduled for 1/2/18. Good luck to you!
  16. Awesome!!!! You are an inspiration!
