    I started mines two years ago but only have a video not related but will be uploading my VSG journey. Just waiting on to see how I can get a Macbook because I don't have the money right now to afford one. But I will definitely follow you.
    P.S. That video I did two years ago was when I juice for 60 days and lost a lot of weight but gain it back and a lot more.


    Thank you! I'll be sure to follow you back so I can keep an eye out for your progress. I know the feeling about not being able to afford a new PC. I just got a cheap one and hate it. It's so slow and has no memory at all ugh! Think I may try to find a really good one soon. Just have to save up for it first.

  2. I am super excited today! I have lost a total of 87 pounds!! 71 pounds since surgery! I still have a long way to go but I'm getting there day by day, inch by inch! All possible because of hard work, dedication and my amazing surgery team. I can't thank Ruben Long Term and Dr Jorge Maytorena Soto Gil enough for this tool that has given me my life back. If you are considering weight loss surgery and your insurance won't cover it consider Long Term WLS team. You won't be sorry!

  3. Thought I would share my progress with you guys to hopefully inspire others. The pic of me in the yellow shirt is day before surgery. The other is now. I had the best surgeon in the world! My tool has made me a new healthier person! Thank you Dr Maytorena and the Long Term wls team!

  4. When I go to the gym I get my cardio in first so that it's done and out of the way. I start with the elliptical or treadmill on incline. I do at least 1-1.5 miles on one of those. Then I move to weights for a little bit alternating arms and legs on different days. After 15-20 mins of the heart rate slowing down some I step it up with some dumbbells doing overhead press with squats at a decent pace. I try to keep my heart rate up when doing those and I alternate squats, lunges and curtseys at a moderate pace.
