I am super excited today! I have lost a total of 87 pounds!! 71 pounds since surgery! I still have a long way to go but I'm getting there day by day, inch by inch! As far as my eating I eat chicken, shrimp, protein shakes and such. I am at very low carbs probably 20-30 daily. I haven't had pasta or rice since surgery. It sucks but it's worth it. Sent from my SM-G935U using BariatricPal mobile app

When I go to the gym I get my cardio in first so that it's done and out of the way. I start with the elliptical or treadmill on incline. I do at least 1-1.5 miles on one of those. Then I move to weights for a little bit alternating arms and legs on different days. After 15-20 mins of the heart rate slowing down some I step it up with some dumbbells doing overhead press with squats at a decent pace. I try to keep my heart rate up when doing those and I alternate squats, lunges and curtseys at a moderate pace. Sent from my SM-G935U using BariatricPal mobile app
