I recently had the gastric sleeve surgery date was 07/13/2017. So far the experience has been a bit rough and I've even been through some regret. My gas pains were horrible and so far my energy level is nil. I walk around the house but do get tuckered out pretty quickly. Not really on the pain meds until bed time. Glad I joined there's lots of valuable info and now I don't feel alone in my journey

I will be glad to get to regular food. I have lost on 7 lbs in a week. I have a Lower BMI because I had a lap band removed. Yes, this isn't easy but its not as difficult as I thought it would be. Hang in there, from everything I read it gets a lot easier. Congratulation on your 12 lbs!

Things are good. I'm so thankful I did this. Now its only going forward to a healthier and better lifestyle. Mushy foods here I come!
