    Good luck to those who are having surgery in September. On preop liquid diet. Doing ok, but messed up yesterday but everyone was supportive. Today is a new day, having a strawberry protein shake. Mixed vanilla Protein powder, strawberry yogurt and the lactaid milk equals 35 protein. Tastes pretty good. Sent from my SM-T560NU using BariatricPal mobile app
