I usually get around 60+. I've had a few days in the 50's. I try to drink a shake if I'm too low.

Looking for suggestions for the pre-op (and post-op after the 28th) liquid diet phase. What are some essential grocery store items? What's your favorite Protein Shake? What are some go-to recipes? I'm nervous about this part. Thanks!
