  12. Hi friends!!! So I had a revision from band to sleeve September 1st. I've read so many comments on here about people throwing up when trying certain foods, and eating something and immediately getting sick. I haven't thrown up once. (Not complaining). I haven't felt sick. But I feel like I can eat so much food! For lunch this week I was having 2 oz. of tunafish and a piece of cheddar cheese. I feel full and gthen then an hour later I'm hungry again. Wasn't that supposed to go away? Should I try eating more tuna? I feel like I can easily hit 1000 calories. Any ideas? Help!!

  19. I can totally relate! So I am just starting the pureed phase as of yesterday, and I found great recipes on Pinterest. Ricotta Bake (pasta less lasagna) Taco Bell has "pintos and cheese" which is about a 1/2 cup serving. I went and bought stuff to make that because I loved it so much! There are awesome pinto bean and black mean puree recipes also on Pinterest. Oh! And crustless pizza!
  20. Yes, itching is a good thing! I am 2 weeks post op and mine itch like crazy sauce. I sometimes just tap them since I dont want to itch them. Seems to help me! Good luck! Sent from my SM-G925V using BariatricPal mobile app

  22. I found that Liptons chicken noodle soup was soooo much better than just regular broth (I drained the noodles and my kids would eat them. Haha). It made me feel soooo full. Update us when you feel up to it! Yay! Sent from my SM-G925V using BariatricPal mobile app

  29. You are so welcome. Let the tears be happy tears! You have made a decision to be a better person, and as long as you keep doing what you're doing, you will see the progress, I promise! My surgery was a revision from band to sleeve. I lost just over 100 lb with my band, and I remember going through exactly what you are experiencing. Now I am doing it again after some medical issues with the band. Huge bummer, but now we can do it together!

  31. I got half my staples out yesterday!!! Woot!!! And was cleared to start eating cottage cheese. I've never really been a cc eater - any suggestions since I can't have it with fruit or anything? Glad you guys are doing well!! And good luck to those coming up!!! I'm 13 days out and loving it!!!
  32. Dont feel down about this. It could be anything from a little water retention(cycle), you had more sodium than normal yesterday, to a bowel movement! Gross, I know, but our bodies are adjusting and trying to keep up with our minds. We want the scale to go down each day, and it wont. Its just trying to catch up! You got this! And your doing everything you're supposed to! Keep it up! Sent from my SM-G925V using BariatricPal mobile app
  33. I have only had yogurt, chicken broth, sugar free popsicles and jello, so I am not sure. Sent from my SM-G925V using BariatricPal mobile app
