Frustrated...so mad at myself that I am stuck at this weight...need to kick it into gear and I dont know how

Yes I do go to the meetings when I am able to ..sometimes schedules conflict. I have ben doing ok. I had to have a total unfill last August and start over from scratch due to getting stuck. I just havent found my sweet spot yet since that time but I think we are close now.

Just wanted to say that wow u did an awesome Job. U look GREAT!!. Hope I do as well as u did. So far so good. Thanks for being an inspiration
