One way to be sure hon! Get the measuring tape out and take those measurements every month. True story, even the months when I've only lost like 1lb or so? I've lost inches every place I measure. And they usually add up to a collective 4-5inches per month!

Congrats. I am closing week 4 tomorrow. Not sure if i hit a stall or the scale hasn't moved because i haven't been able to produce a BM since Friday (today is Wednesday) and this Friday marks 30 days since my last cycle and i am anxiously waiting LOL.. Something has to give!!! Somewhere!
