Home now. The surgery went fine. There were some bumpy spots in the recovery room--they stopped checking on me, and my IV stopped going for a couple of hours, which left me a real mess when I got up to my room. But things got better from there. I'm in pain now--gas pain in my shoulder and some pain at the incision sites--but I'm home!

I started taking 500 or 1000mg last November or December after finding med articles on Telogen Effluvium and LLysine. Nothing else special especially no biotin, it breaks my skin out.

Try to stay away from delicious & evil @$$ toast!!! BUT Swiss Miss make a 25 cal no sugar hot chocolate that I have used as an indulgence.

Ha I just had greens soup with mushrooms and shrimp for lunch in a broth! Again...love the stuff.

Ugh that sucks. Sorry to hear that! So I'm just finishing up on my cold. I didn't force food. I just forced lots and lots of liquid. I drank green tea and decaff black coffee out the ying yang and drank brothy soup (bone broth) like a tea. I tried to eat light proteins like fish and chicken breast and shrimp. And I actually avoided a lot of PP cuz of mucus until just the past 2 days.
Hope you feel better soon! Don't force yourself to eat. Broth/water fasting a couple days won't hurt anyone!

Resting, yes, but I'm staying in town tonight because I'm still a bit high on the pain meds. I'm at the hotel now and exhausted... I need a nap and I have homework to do for school. I think the nap takes priority.
I had to stop and buy food for the stay. I've never bought baby food before so I had no idea what to expect. I got some chicken and some green beans, then some SF jello and SF pudding, protein shakes, and some yogurt. I think that will make it until tomorrow afternoon when I try to drive home...

I'm also justifying buying more clothes than I absolutely need to at this point, because it makes me feel better about myself. Wearing fitted clothes and feeling attractive in them makes me legit happier.
