    Can I have bulletproof coffee

Too many cals right? Ditch the liquid cals while you can On another note about trying new things outside, i had espresso around two weeks out from surgery to mix with my protein shake. It was a poor decision. I left me shakey etc. My program allowed for decaf but i forgot to order it. Any reason not to have just plain coffee? Ask your NUT and if you do have it, best in a controlled environment just incase it does not agree with you. Speedy recovery!

  3. My program is St. Peters Bariatrics in NY. Surgeon is Mehul Trivedi, Surgical PA is Tyler Chenel. They are wonderful charismatic skilled professionals. I don't See Trivedi often and I'm cool with that. I prefer he works on maintaining his skill level by going to conferences, updating training, clocking surgical hours etc. That is his craft and I'm thankful for it. No complications not even nausea, it's like I never had surgery at all. Chenel is wonderful, also highly skilled and friendly. 10/10 recommend. 5. Sounds so uncomfortable , sigh... Maybe the cut or style of paints need to be adjusted? Higher inseam to keep everything up, or a different type of fabric in the underwear , neoprene or spandex to act like a push-up bra? Idk but congrats on your success HW 270 SW 238 CW 182 VSG 11/7 [emoji146][emoji146][emoji146]

I need help & some really good advice

Not at all in your situation or similar but.... Is it at all feasible for you to try a reset style diet? I hear people have good results, it's basically like starting your preop/postop diets over and working through the stages. Also logging food again (if you don't anymore) may help you stay accountable. Get well soon HW 270 SW 238 CW 182 VSG 11/7 [emoji146][emoji146][emoji146]

    High caloric intake

Slow weight loss and I stall often but that was from day one at every calorie level. I do workout a few times a week.

    High caloric intake

I was vague because im not certain im tracking accurately enough. Im almost 6 months out and 1000-1200 easily according to MFP (but im beginning to wonder about the accuracy of it) And yes mostly protein or supplements then veggies and fats. Everything homemade except protein bars shakes and yogurt. Just seems too high to me.

    Lapband surgery after VSG?

Interesting. Seems the real problem may be to find a doctor to do it.

    Waking up after sugery

I was very disoriented. Only flashes of memories. I remember fighting to stay awake to only fall asleep again for what felt like hours but was only minutes. When i was finally lucid i wanted to know if everything went as planned and have my person notified so they wouldnt worry. Pain only came when i tried to move . A couple hours later i was of sound mind but remembered nothing that was told to me when the surgeons first visited. Them staff had me up and walking within hours, i had a lot of pain but thats because the meds given were not effective on me. Once that was resolved i was in much better place. Safe journey!
  14. Anyone ever tried protein pancakes (the kind that just needs water added)? Bought the mix and im afraid to be disappointed...

    Peripheral Neuropathy

Called them to notify but on second thought I realized they are not the best to deal with it, they are just surgeons, I'm going to visit my friendly neighborhood hematologist [emoji23]

    Coffee

I gave up coffee about 7-8 months before surgery, then had it after (sleeve) surgery when it showed up on my hospital tray [emoji25] I drink regular and decaf (makes no difference for me) with no problems handling it. Started caffeinated a week after surgery. There are low acid varieties also.
