Same issue. So I just dont do 20:4. Super often anymore. I use it like a reset then move right back to 18:6, 16:8, etc...

I have not tried... Yet. I may one day.

Peppered Goat cheese and Spinach Gluten Free Penne For someone else but I tested to confirm and it tastes like regular pasta to me... And they were happy I would consider this recipe with the vegetable or legume based pasta in the future Assorted spices (mostly pepper), goat cheese, pasta alternative, butter or oil, spinach. Cook traditionally, drain & rinse, then toss all other ingredients in on low heat until cheese is melted and spinach is wilted.

That looks good! Was it spicy? Oily? Just right??? LOL
